We bought our son his first scooter for Christmas. Half a year later, my son came to me and told me that the scooter showed an error code and could not be used. I got an immediate response. The customer service was very effective in identifying my problem. They also sent me video instructions on how to replace the handle that was in issue. It was easy to follow the video instructions to replace the scooter, but after replacing the handlebar, the scooter still did not work. I contacted customer service again and quickly got the exact answer to my question. I did need to replace the battery and again easily installed a new one with the help of the video instructions I received. The scooter is now working and working again! It helped us a lot and saved us the hassle of transporting them. I'm not usually used to writing reviews, but these scooters are really amazing, so I feel obligated to share them.
